Released today! Tristan and his WHITEBOARD Buyer Videos Episodes 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3

NEW EPISODES OF TRISTAN AND HIS WHITEBOARD

 

In the past few episodes, Tristan and his WHITEBOARD have talked about planning, and websites and preapprovals and more...

Now it's time to get in the car and check out those homes!   (Never fear, the WHITEBOARD will stay on the wall...)

 

Three episodes are released this week:

In Episode #7.1, Tristan talks about the process of looking at homes...how he works as an agent, what a buyer should expect, and a few things to look for along the way.

 

In Episode #7.2, Tristan discusses buying a for sale by owner home or new construction home.  There are pros and cons of each in the Rapid City area.

 

Finally Episode #7.3 rolls back online where Tristan covers the different statuses  (is that a word?  statuseus? statusi?) you might see online.  A buyer may see lots of "active" listings and may be frustrated when a call to Tristan reveals they are actually already under contract - or maybe even sold. Tristan clears that up.

 

What is hilarious in this video set is the attempt of Tristan to add some variety to the series - where he sings for the camera.
